Here is the CALORIE COUNTER to help you calculate your DAILY CALORIC NEEDS. When inputting your numbers please be honest, no one else sees these numbers except you!

Interpreting YOUR RESULTS:

  • It is important to choose wisely, if you have been under eating, as many people do, you don't want to choose too low. 

  • It is better to pick a bit higher, for example if your number is 1650, then go up to 1700 rather than 1600.

  • Remember, if you still feel that you can't go too high you can start at one level and go up a level as you are increasing your activity levels.

  • Compound movements through lifting is one of the best ways to increase you metabolism.
