Personal Training

I want to help you to become fit, maybe lose a few pounds, or gain muscle. I am a certified Personal Trainer through CanFit Pro.  I train my clients at a small private gym. As your Personal Trainer I will work with you and develop a personal workout plan and schedule that is tailored to your needs.  I can also help you with your nutrition, and will include nutrition guidelines for you to follow. While I have been working as a certified Personal Trainer for a couple of years now, I have also been working for many years on improving my own fitness and health, so I understand what it is like when you are starting out and the challenges you face. 



Located in Hamilton, Most Amount Fitness is a small but spacious and fully equipped gym.  It has all the latest equipment while offering you a friendly and less initimidating environment than a larger gym.
