Below you will find two types of programs:

Do It Yourself Programs - this type of program you buy and do it on your own.  Of course if you have any questions, I'm always happy to answer them and help you! **This is sent to you immediately.

Customized to You Programs - with these programs, you must complete questionnaires that let me know about you.  Then I create a personalized plan just for you.  With these programs, you have more contact with me. **Once you have purchased this program & completed your forms, it takes 7-10 days to complete and send to you because it is made specifically for YOU!

I'm constantly asked 'Which program is best for me?'  If you are self motivated, then Fit6 will work well for you.  If you feel you like having contact with me, so I can guide you, give you tips, and help you with your progress, then a customized plan is most likely better for you.  I want you to be successful and will be there for you on your journey!

Busy Booty – Home Workout Plan

  • a 12 week program divided into 3 phases

  • each phase is 4 weeks that progressively gets more challenging

  • workouts are sent to you in PDF form, can be downloaded & printed

  • each workout also has a video from start to finish for you to follow along - approx 25 - 35 min,.

  • sample videos of some of the workouts from phases 1 and 2 are available on my YouTube channel - lauragfit.

  1. Select which plan works best for you.  

  2. Once you have purchased a plan, you will be sent links to 3 forms, Client Questionnaire, Medical Waiver, and Food List. Please complete these as soon as possible.

  3. **Once you have purchased this program & completed your forms, it takes 7-10 days to complete and send to you because it is made specifically for YOU! 

 

One Time Personalized Macros/Meal Plan

-personalized meal plan based on your goals (meal plan will be made up of foods you prefer)
-personalized macronutrients so you also have some flexibility to eat different foods within the plan
-guide on how to track macros with My Fitness Pal

note: this is a one-time purchase and doesn’t include ongoing coaching, however I will offer a one-time extra macronutrient update in case you plateau. I will also answer any questions you have via email.

One Time Personalized Workout Program

-workout plan created based on you and your goals
-includes weight training and cardio recommendations
-created based on whatever equipment you have access to in your gym

note: this is a one-time purchase and doesn’t include on-going coaching. I am able to answer any questions you have via email.
