Staying on Track!
Friendly reminder that you can get back on track any day, any time. I ate terribly all weekend, planned to get back on track on Monday but still didn't, then Tuesday was still just mediocre. On Wednesday I finally got it together, and today has been great too. I feel like when you're part way through the week it can be tempting to say "just start Monday". It's definitely easier to stay on track then get back on track. However, don't waste your time! Meaning don't wait until a certain date to work on reaching your goals. Unless it's completely unrealistic to work on them in your current state, start today! Your future self will be happy you did 🤗-
